How to Check Order Status

We strive to pack and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on the shipping method you selected, your shipment should arrive within 1-5 business days after dispatch.

  • USPS Pick-Up Schedule: USPS collects packages Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

Order Turnaround

Order turnaround refers to the time it takes for us to process, print, package, and ship your order. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your shipment begins only once your package has been picked up by the chosen mail carrier. Please note that mail carriers, particularly USPS, may experience delays beyond our control during various times of the year. We appreciate your patience and understanding that an ETA is not a guaranteed delivery date or time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping with a variety of carriers and options for you to choose from at checkout.

Business Days and Holidays

Mail carriers consider “days” as business days, which are Monday through Saturday. National holidays are not included in this count, and mail does not move on these days.

High-Value Orders

Orders over $150 are considered “high value” and require an adult signature upon delivery, regardless of whether they are shipped via UPS or USPS.

UPS Delivery Schedule

UPS does not provide Saturday delivery for UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Therefore, orders shipped out on Friday will be delivered on Monday for Next Day Air or on Tuesday for 2nd Day Air.

Partial Orders

If you receive a partial order, we apologize for the inconvenience. If the missing items are due to our error, they will be shipped out promptly at no additional charge. You may be asked to text or email a picture of your order contents before we reship the items.

Delivered But Not Received

If your package status says delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait up to 24 hours. Sometimes carriers scan the package as delivered before it actually arrives. Additionally, you might want to check with your local carrier who handles your deliveries.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to locate it or file an insurance claim. If the package is indeed lost and a claim is awarded, we will resend your order at no additional charge.
